Can I return a product and under what conditions?
You can change the product if you want to, provided that it hasn't been damaged, it is in its original packaging and that the shipping costs will be borne by you. Changes are accepted only with the proof of purchase that always accompanies the goods and within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Before sending each order, our company checks the products for any defective parts. However, in case you receive a defective product or the product is not what you ordered, you have the right to replace it, completely free of charge. In any case we must be informed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
